MS Band/Elbow
An Elbow is installed between two lengths of pipe to allow a change of direction. They are usually made in 90°, 60° or 45° angle. It can also be fabricated in any Degree as per client’ requirement. Elbows are also categorized by length. The radius of curvature of a long-radius (LR) Elbow is 1.5 times the pipe diameter, but a short-radius (SR) elbow has a radius equal to the pipe diameter.
We Fabricate MS Bend/Elbow from 350NB to 2500NB for our clients on regular basis.
MS Reduser
A Reducer is a kind of pipe fitting used in pipe line that connect larger dia pipe to a smaller dia pipe. A reducer allows for a change in pipe size to meet hydraulic flow requirements of the system, or to adapt to existing piping of a different size.
We fabricate MS Reducer small dia from150NB to Large Dia upto 3000mm.
There are two main types of reducer
- Concentric reducers
- Eccentric reducers
MS End Cap/Dish End
These End Caps are manufactured as per client requirement and use of it are application specific. They are used for Water Pipelines, Pressure Vessel, Storage Tanks etc.
We fabricate End Caps upto 3.5 Mtr in Diameter and upto 32mm thk.
MS Flanges
Flanges are pipe fittings that are used to connect pipes, valves, pumps or other equipments in piping system. It provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. Flanges are usually welded or Screwed type. Flanged joints are made by bolting together two flanges with a gasket between them to provide a seal. Mild Steel Flanges are common in usage as they provide a good strength and corrosion resistance.
